Replacement Basics
There are several things to know when replacing your HVAC equipment.

The most important decision isn't the brand or price. It's getting the system installed correctly by expert installers. We have systems to meet almost any budget.

Most equipment is built from parts supplied by only a few sources and assembled at the factory to be a certain type of unit (single stage, two stage, etc). All brands generally make all types. We offer a variety of brands and types to meet your needs.

The method of determining size is also critical to your comfort. The only acceptable method is a load calculation performed onsite in your home. Square feet of floor space DOESN'T count.

Buying a bigger unit will usually not cool or heat a difficult area of the home any better. Fixing that problem usually requires a better/different duct system. (We can fix that too) Click here to see how it works

There's far more to being comfortable in your home than just heat and cool. Consider other factors such as noise, humidity (or dryness), indoor air quality and reliability of the system.
